This Bulldog comes from my kennel in Hartsville, SC. Both parties agree that if legal proceedings are required to settle any disputes between the parties, then the case will be filed in Darlington County, South Carolina and decided upon by a judge or magistrate.
Additionally: Must e-mail growth and development of above Bulldog for entire life span.
Terms:
This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to buyer taking ownership of the dog; Payment in cash, money order, or certified bank check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Health Guarantee:
Seller certifies that the Bulldog described herein is of sound health at the time of this sale and has been immunized and wormed accordingly. Buyer agrees to have this Bulldog examined by a veterinarian (preferably with the Bulldog breed) within 72 hours from the time that delivery of this dog is taken. If the veterinarian determines that the dog is not in good health and states so in writing (presenting evidence of findings), then the buyer must notify the seller immediately. The seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by seller’s veterinarian at the seller’s cost. If the diagnosis is confirmed by the seller’s veterinarian then the seller will resume possession if the buyer so chooses, and give the buyer a full credit toward another puppy at the seller’s discretion. Buyer is responsible for vet bills prior to return, and transportation costs to return the puppy to the seller. This guarantee is in effect for 72 hours after the buyer receives the puppy.
Seller guarantees this dog to be free of serious, life-threatening genetic conditions, i.e. heart murmur and pathological spinal disorder. If any such condition is found and documented in writing by a licensed veterinarian and substantiated by lab tests and or x-rays, the puppy may be returned to the seller for a cull credit towards another puppy (seller’s choice of pup and time frame). Minor, breed related, treatable, or correctable conditions, or any condition that could go away or is considered to be a condition that the puppy will likely outgrow are not covered by this guarantee. The buyer is responsible for vet bills incurred prior to return, and buyer is responsible for transportation costs to return the puppy to the seller. This guarantee is in effect for 12 months beginning on the date that the buyer receives the dog.
Although a concentrated effort is made by the seller to breed sound healthy puppies, buyer should understand that, due to the nature of the breed, Bulldogs are predisposed to certain medical conditions and abnormalities, and that a normal Bulldog may have one or more of these conditions during its lifetime. The buyer is strongly urged to research the breed and be familiar with all the health issues that could affect their Bulldog before entering into this or any agreement to purchase a Bulldog.
Buyer agrees to provide good care and a loving environment for this dog and is aware that a Bulldog can overheat quickly and easily may die as a result of heatstroke. Therefore, buyer agrees to house this dog indoors, not in outdoor kennels, cages, pens, or tie-out doghouses where this dog will be exposed to heat or the elements. Buyer agrees not to sell this dot or its offspring to any broker or retail company or establishment and seller first option at refusal if buyer sells.
This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a pet or companion. Although this puppy is bred specifically for show and appears show quality at this age, no warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. It is further agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the above-described puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
